About Paris Hotel
Paris Hotel Buffet is a unique experience for anyone trying for the first time. Because it is not setup like a regular buffet with stations. Actually there are no stations at all. Instead the Buffet is divided into food regions representing the 5 regions of France. That means you have stations named Burgundy, Brittany and Provence. You can embark on food journey through France tasting the delicious foods from different regions.
While there are a few standard stations available, such as the made-to-order omelet station. The Buffet sticks to the French theme. So, there will be plenty of croissants and mini-quiches for breakfast. As for dinner the food is pure authentic French food. Just sit back and enjoy the charms of Paris in the City of Lights Las Vegas.

The breakfast brunch goes on from 07:00AM to 10:00AM. It is open 7 days a week to customers. Now, from 10:00AM to 03:00PM the Champagne Brunch Buffet is open for service. So if you get up a little later you can still enjoy some late breakfast.
The Dinner Buffet is open from 03:00PM to 10:00PM on Monday through Thursday. While on the weekends ( Friday-Sunday ) the dinner buffet stays open until 11:00PM.
