China Inn buffet was established 1980s, by a Chinese immigrant named Chen Ping. The founder had only one mission. Which was to bring authentic Chinese cuisine to United Stated. He put in a lot of effort and hardwork to establish a restaurant that would become a staple of the food community. Mr. Chen Ping, was finally able to see his dream of sharing the flavors of his homeland with the world, were coming true.
